How to Write a HACCP Plan for Kansas Schools

This 3-hour class was presented statewide at Leadership Connections meetings in November 2005.  It is designed to provide food service directors and managers with the knowledge and resources to plan, write and implement HACCP plans and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that meet USDA's requirements.
