This 1-1/2 to 3-hour class is designed to provide non-managerial employees with an understanding of HACCP principles and the process approach.  The class comes complete with an exciting HACCP game designed to assess what the employees have learned.

How to Write a HACCP Plan for Kansas Schools

This 3-hour class was presented statewide at Leadership Connections meetings in November 2005.  It is designed to provide food service directors and managers with the knowledge and resources to plan, write and implement HACCP plans and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that meet USDA's requirements.
